By using the ZipNDrop mobile application (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
ZipNDrop is a tool designed to provide efficient compression and sharing of your photos and videos. You are responsible for any files you choose to share through the App.
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will always be error-free or that compression will always be successful for extremely large batches of data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZipNDrop and its developers shall not be liable for any damages (including data loss or hardware failure) resulting from your use of the App.
We may modify or discontinue any part of the App or these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
