By downloading or using PixKeep (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

License and Scope

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use PixKeep for your personal storage management. You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.

Media Cleanup Disclaimer

PixKeep provides tools to delete photos, videos, and system files. While we use advanced algorithms to identify clutter:

• User Responsibility: You are responsible for reviewing and confirming any deletions. Once confirmed and emptied from the device trash, data may be irrecoverable.
• No Liability: PixKeep and its developers are not liable for accidental loss of data or media. We recommend maintaining regular backups of your device.

Third-Party Services & Privacy

Our App integrates with third-party service providers, including Apple for payment processing and Meta (Facebook) for event tracking and campaign optimization. Your use of the App is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, and disclose your data, including tracking choices under Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework.

Subscriptions and Billing

If you choose to purchase a PixKeep subscription:

• Payments: All billing is handled via your Apple ID account.
• Renewals: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Refunds: Refunds are handled according to Apple’s App Store policies.

Warranty Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the App will always be error-free or that it will free up a specific amount of space on every device.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SeedBit Engineering be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the App.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
