By downloading or using PDF Tools (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

License and Scope

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use PDF Tools for your personal document management. You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.

Document Management Disclaimer

PDF Tools provides tools to scan, merge, and edit PDF files. While we provide advanced document processing:

• User Responsibility: You are responsible for reviewing and confirming any edits or deletions. Once confirmed and deleted from the device trash, data may be irrecoverable.
• No Liability: PDF Tools and its developers are not liable for accidental loss of data or documents. We recommend maintaining regular backups of your device.

Subscriptions and Billing

If you choose to purchase a PDF Tools subscription:

• Payments: All billing is handled via your Apple ID account.
• Renewals: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Refunds: Refunds are handled according to Apple’s App Store policies.

Warranty Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the App will always be error-free or that it will process every document perfectly.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SeedBit Engineering be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the App.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
