By downloading or using Pausely (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

License and Scope

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Pausely for your personal wellness and break management. You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.

Health and Wellness Disclaimer

Pausely provides reminders and guided micro-breaks for stretching and focus. While we aim to improve your daily routine:

• Not Medical Advice: Pausely is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new exercise routine, especially if you have pre-existing conditions.
• Listen to Your Body: If you feel any pain or discomfort while performing the suggested movements, stop immediately. Do not exceed your physical limits.
• No Liability: Pausely and its developers are not liable for any injuries resulting from the use of the App or its suggested exercises.

Subscriptions and Billing

If you choose to purchase a Pausely subscription:

• Payments: All billing is handled via your Apple ID account.
• Renewals: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Refunds: Refunds are handled according to Apple’s App Store policies.

Warranty Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the App will always be error-free or that it will free up a specific amount of space on every device.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SeedBit Engineering be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the App.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
