By using the MultiRate mobile application (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Informational Use Only

MultiRate provides currency conversion and exchange rate information for informational purposes only. Exchange rates may be delayed, inaccurate, or different from rates provided by financial institutions. MultiRate is not responsible for any financial decisions made based on the App.

Subscriptions and Billing

The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions to unlock premium features. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: The subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Renewal Charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the then-current subscription price.
• Managing Subscriptions: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
• No Refunds: Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period.

Advertising

The App displays third-party advertisements. We are not responsible for the content of ads, external websites, or services linked through advertisements.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MultiRate and its developers shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

Changes and Termination

We may modify or discontinue the App or these Terms at any time without notice. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
