DualCam (“we”, “our”, “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected and used when you use the DualCam mobile application (“the App”).
DualCam – Dual Capture is designed exclusively for iPhone. The app’s binary targets iPhone only (Device Family: iPhone) and requires iOS 16 or later. iPad and other Apple devices are not supported.
DualCam is designed with privacy as a core principle. All multi-camera session processing, video encoding, and data management take place entirely on your device. We do not upload your camera feeds or recordings to any external servers.
The App does not require user registration and does not collect personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number.
We do not collect or store any video content captured using the App.
The App requires access to your device’s Camera and Microphone to function correctly. This data is processed locally for the sole purpose of enabling the App’s core functionality.
DualCam uses the device’s front-facing and rear-facing cameras simultaneously to record video. This is the core functionality of the App.
The App does NOT use Face ID, face recognition, or any facial analysis APIs. The camera access is solely for capturing video content by the user. No face data is collected, analyzed, or stored. The camera feed is not processed for facial recognition purposes.
We do not sell, rent, or share any user data with third parties. All processing is local, and your recordings remain under your control at all times. No face data or biometric information is shared with any third party.
The App does not retain any user data on external servers. Video recordings created by the user are saved to the user’s device Photo Library and remain entirely under the user’s control. No face data is retained beyond the user’s own video recordings on their device.
DualCam offers optional In-App Purchases (such as DualCam Pro) processed exclusively through Apple’s App Store. We do not collect, process, or store any payment information. All purchase transactions are handled entirely by Apple in accordance with Apple’s own Privacy Policy. We only receive a confirmation of your purchase status to unlock premium features within the App.
The App does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. The App does not use Firebase, Google Analytics, Facebook SDK, or any similar services. The only third-party infrastructure involved is:
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@seedbit.app and we will take steps to remove such information.
Since the App does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers, there is minimal security risk associated with data breaches. All data remains on your device and is protected by your device’s built-in security features, including device passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID.
Because DualCam does not collect or store any personal data, there is no personal data for us to access, modify, or delete. All video content you create is stored locally on your device and can be managed directly through the iOS Photos app. If you wish to remove all app data, simply delete the App from your device.
This Privacy Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. By using the App, you consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
